This Privacy Policy explains what information Heartwen (operated by Bridger Services LLC, "we," "us," "our") collects when you visit heartwen.com, and what we do with it. We have intentionally built this site to collect as little information as possible.

What we collect on this site

This site is a static informational site. It has no user accounts, no shopping cart, no contact forms, no comments, and no analytics scripts. We do not place advertising or tracking cookies.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically processes standard server log information when you load any page, including IP address, browser type, referring URL, and timestamp. This is standard for any website on the internet and is used for security, abuse prevention, and basic operational purposes. We do not separately store, analyze, or sell this information.

What we collect when you email us

If you email support@heartwen.com, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond to your request, fulfill refunds, and maintain reasonable records of customer correspondence.

What we collect when you buy our products

Most Heartwen sales happen through third-party platforms such as Amazon. When you purchase through Amazon, your transaction is governed by Amazon's privacy practices, not ours. Amazon shares with us limited information needed to fulfill the order and respond to customer service requests (for example, your name, shipping address, and order details). We do not receive your payment card information from Amazon. We do not sell or rent customer data.

How we use information

We use the limited information described above to operate the site, fulfill orders, respond to inquiries, process refunds, comply with legal obligations, and protect against fraud or abuse.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the business (for example, our hosting provider, our email provider, our manufacturer for shipping, and our accountants), and only as necessary for them to perform their functions. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Retention

We keep customer correspondence and order records for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described above, and to comply with tax, accounting, and other legal requirements.

Your choices

You may request a copy of any information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete it (subject to any legal record-keeping obligations) by emailing support@heartwen.com.

Children

Our products are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please email us and we will delete it.

California residents

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we hold, the right to deletion, and the right to opt out of sale.
